Worked with DreamHost developers to improve DreamHost's customer web hosting control panel and internal tools; Helped implement several features for DreamHost PS, a Linux-VServer based private server service.
Contributed to an artificial intelligence language processing project under Professor Dan Roth, with the goal of entering the PASCAL Recognizing Textual Entailment challenge.
Helped administer a network of 100 users and 300 machines running Solaris, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Windows 2000/XP, and Mac OS X. Responsibilities included troubleshooting, solving user problems and maintaining internal and public technical documentation.
